Hugo Drayton graduated from University College, London, and started his career with Coats Viyella in Chile, moving on within Coats to become Sales & Marketing Director in Ecuador, then France, Spain and Italy. He returned to the UK as International Director for Reed Telemedia (Reed Elsevier)in 1991, establishing audiotex (automated telephony) companies in Portugal, Spain, France and the Czech Republic.
Hugo joined the Telegraph Group in 1994 as Marketing Manager. He wrote the original business plan for Electronic Telegraph (www.telegraph.co.uk), which launched late in 1994 and established itself as the UK's premier newspaper-based online site. He was appointed Marketing Director for the Telegraph Group in 1996, as well as remaining Publisher of ET and Director of New Media. In 1998, he brought the newspaper's promotions activities into
Marketing.
At the beginning of 2000, Hugo was appointed Managing Director of Hollinger Telegraph New Media - a company set up to develop all of the Hollinger Group's UK and European digital activities. He is also a director of handbag.com, HTNM's JV with Boots plc. Hugo is also a non-executive director on the boards of Whittard of Chelsea plc and Newsplayer Group plc.

Angela C Mills
Angela Mills is a senior consultant specialising in media, advertising and Internet issues with 20 years’ experience of acting for and dealing with trade associations, lobby groups and other umbrella organisations. Since 1991 she has been the Executive Director of the European Publishers Council and has been consultant to BIPA since its formation in 1998.
In 1991 Angela Mills established her own consultancy company which merged in November 1999 with two others, one based in Brussels, one in London to form Europe Analytica Ltd. She has regular contact with a wide range government officials, politicians, industry and journalists at European, UK and US level.
